Celebrate the #worldballetday with us! The Polish National Ballet will be broadcasting preparations for our next premiere of the season – „Giselle”. Your host, corps dancer Remy Lamping, will talk to Maina Gielgud, the legendary British ballerina, who was invited to stage her version of this iconic ballet in the Western tradition with the Warsaw company; as well as Natalia Pasiut, who will dance Myrtha, the Queen of the Wilis. We will also take a glance into rehearsal rooms to see three different fragments from „Giselle” performed by Chinara Alizade and Vladimir Yaroshenko; the Willis, or the female part of the corps de ballet; and Mai Kageyama and Patryk Walczak.
